Whats In The Photo:Satellite radar image map showing oil apparently leaking from multiple sources on September 1, 2005 following Hurricane Katrina. Leaking platform (top) located at 29.676661N/89.485019W; leaking platform (middle) located at 29.642992N/89.566922W; leaks from several platforms in a large cluster (bottom left) centered at 29.586128N/89.537083W; and leaks from several platforms in a smaller cluster (bottom right) at 29.570183N/89.511428W (NAD27). Oil slicks are dark patches; platforms are very bright spots; land is large bright patches.
